Node.js backend API for an umbrella rental kiosk system. Built with Express.js and MySQL (Knex.js) providing user auth (JWT), kiosk & umbrella inventory management, rental lifecycle, payment processing, audit logging, centralized error handling, and Winston-based structured logging. Security features include Helmet, CORS, rate limiting and input validation.

Guided the development of a user-friendly web app for API endpoint testing, reducing testing time by 20%. Integrated third-party packages like CodeMirror and AG Grid, enhancing functionality by 30%.
